The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant As New, Unused Technology, Including The Accessories Necessary For Its Operation, And Also Including Complete Assembly At The Implementation Sites, Namely On The Roofs Of A Set Of Buildings Of The Health Center Owned By The Town Of Ševětín. The Detailed Specification Of Supplies And Works Is Described In The Itemized Budget And In The Project Documents, Which Form An Appendix To The Tender Documentation. The Contract Includes Construction, Transport, Assembly, Commissioning And Operator Training At The Location Specified By The Client. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Order Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All Parts Necessary For Flawless Operation. Only Original Components Will Be Used For Delivery. The Project Documents Establish The Basis Of The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. The Relevant Supplier Undertakes To Comply With The Provisions Of These Documents By Succeeding In The Contract. The Contract Also Includes The Preparation Of Workshop Documentation/Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction Before The Start Of Implementation And The Preparation Of Documentation Of The Actual Execution And Revision Report After The Execution Of The Contract.
