Tenders Are Invited For Sports Complex Kunštát - Design & Build

The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of The Sports Complex Kunštát In The Form Of Design & Build, I.E. In Particular The Processing Of Documentation For The Change Of Plan Before Completion And The Provision Of Related Engineering Activities, The Processing Of Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Dps), The Implementation Of The Construction, The Submission Of Documents For Approval, The Provision Of Approval And The Handing Over Of The Work To The Client. The Contractor Is Based On The Project Documentation For The Joint Permit (Hereinafter Referred To As Dsp), While The Dsp Sets The Basic Concept And Parameters Of The Solution, The Contractor Is Responsible For Finalizing The Dps And Implementation, Deviations From The Dsp Are Permissible Only To The Extent Necessary For Implementation Or Optimization And There Must Be No Deterioration Of Functional, Capacity Or Quality Parameters. The Performance Also Includes All Activities, Work And Supplies That Are Not Explicitly Stated, But Are Necessary For The Proper Completion, Functionality And Operability Of The Work. A Fundamental Change Against The Dsp Documentation Occurs For So01 Facilities And Then So03 Tennis Courts. These Changes Will Require A Change Of Intent To Be Made Prior To Completion. For Other Objects, The Client Does Not Anticipate A Change Of Intention Before Completion. If The Supplier Proposes This Change, It Is Subject To The Customers Approval. The Subject Of Construction Works Is: • New Construction Of A Football Field With Artificial Turf, Fencing, A Ball Barrier Behind The North Gate, Related Blocking Objects, Sports Lighting, A Noise Barrier And Sidewalks Around The Field, • Newly Built 2 Tennis Courts With Fencing And Lighting, • New Building Of Modular Social Facilities, • Communication And Parking, • Adequate Outdoor Lighting Of The Premises (Especially Communication Connections, Social Facilities), • In Addition To The Construction Of Sidewalks Around The Playground, The Subject Of The Work Also Includes A Barrier-Free Communication Connection Of The Soccer Field, Social Facilities, Tennis Courts And Adjacent Roads And Parking. The Public Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With § 92, Paragraph 2 Of The Zzvz On The Basis Of Requirements For The Performance And Function Of The Building.
