The City Of Millen Is Seeking An Engineering Firm Or Individual Engineer To Provide Engineeringand Design Services For Its Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (Cdbgdr) Application. The Award Of The Engineering Contract For This Project Is Contingent Upon Thegrant Being Funded By The Georgia Department Of Community Affairs. Responding Firms Shouldbe Technically Qualified And Licensed To Provide The Design And Inspection Services For Local Stateand Federally Funded Projects Including Engineering Services And Programs.Procedures For The Selection Of An Individual/Firm Will Be In Accordance With The Rfq Packageand Local Procurement Requirements, As Well As The Requirements Of The Uniform Administrationrequirements (¿The Common Rule¿) 24 Cfr Part 85.36 And The Georgia Communitydevelopment Block Grant Program Disaster Recovery (Cdbg-Dr) Recipients Manual.
