The M.D. Invites Proponents To Submit A Proposal For Kinosoo Masonry Pillar Repair According To The Scope Below. The Successful Contractor Will Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Supervision, And Disposal Required To Complete The Masonry Repair Work, Including But Not Limited To:Inspection And Assessment Of Existing Masonry Pillars Removal Of Damaged, Loose, Or Deteriorated Masonry Materials Brick, Block, Or Stone Replacement As Required Repointing And Mortar Repair Crack Repair And Stabilization Concrete Patching Or Repair (If Applicable) Repair Or Replacement Of Pillar Caps/Copings Cleaning And Finishing Of Repaired Surfaces Site Protection And Cleanup Disposal Of All Construction Debris The Contractor Shall Ensure Repaired Areas Match The Existing Appearance As Closely As Possible.
