The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Framework Arrangement For The Period 8/2026-8/2027 Regarding Building Automation Remote Operation And Monitoring Services And Field Work. The Contract Period Is Specified In The Framework Contract. The Length Of The Contract Period Is 1 Year. The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract For Two Years First (Option 1). After This, The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract By One Year (Option 2). The Need For Operation And Monitoring Services And Field Work Varies And The Price Estimate Can Be Considered To Be 40,000.00–53,500.00 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Year. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Presented Amount, Because It Is A Framework Contract.
