Purpose Of Information Request The Purpose Of This Information Request Is To Obtain Information About The Suppliers And Their Services Regarding The Delivery Of The Service Of Domestic Digital Newspapers And Magazines By The Prime Ministers Office To The Government. The Service In Question Is Offered To The Entire Government (Ministries, The Office Of The Chancellor Of Justice, The Office Of The President Of The Republic). The Current Domestic Digital Newspaper And Magazine Service Was Put Out To Tender In 2023. The Three-Year Contract Period Ends At The End Of The Current Year. The Procurement Unit Asks Bidders Interested In The Procurement To Respond To This Request For Information And Participate In The Market Dialogue. This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information As Part Of Market Mapping, The Purpose Of Which Is To Obtain Information About Suppliers And Their Products For The Purpose Of The Procurement. Description Of The Procurement The Service To Be Procured Must Include A Selection Of Digital Newspapers And Magazines, A User Interface For Using, Browsing, Searching And Reading The Magazines, As Well As Related Support Services. Digital Newspapers And Magazines Must Be Available On The Same Service Platform. Access To The Service Is Enabled By Ip Authentication Or Sso Single Sign-On, Which Ensure That Only Authorized Users Of The Subscriber Can Use The Service. The Service And The Magazines Ordered By The Subscriber Must Have Remote Access Rights. We Ask You To Answer The Following Questions1. Magazine List And Terms Of Use• What Newspapers Can You Offer?• What Magazines Can You Offer?• Will The New Issues Of The Magazines Be Available Through The Service As Soon As They Are Already Published?• How Long Will The Magazines Be Available? • On What Principles Can Changes Occur In Magazine Selections In The Middle Of The Year? Does The Subscriber Receive Notification Of Changes (New Titles/Disappearing Titles)? • Do All Newspapers And Magazines In The Service Include Remote Access? • What Are The Terms Of Use For Magazines? 2. User Interface • Outline The Basic Principles Of The Customer User Interface • Does The User Interface Display The Ordered Magazines Automatically Without Subscriber Administration? • Can Users Access The User Interface Of The Service With Ip Authentication Or Sso Single Sign-On? • In Which Languages Can The User Interface Be Used?• Does The Service Work On A Browser Basis? • On Which Devices Can The Service Be Used (Mobile Phone, Computer, Etc.)? And With Which Browsers?• Browsing And Search Features Of The Service: Describe How Users Of The Service Can Browse / Search For Magazines From The Service. O Is The Service Free-Text Search (=The Search Is Directed To The Metadata Of The Material And The Content Of E-Magazines)? If So, Is It Possible To Limit Free Text Search To A Specific Digital Magazine? Is It Possible To Limit The Free Text Search To The Publication Date Of A Certain Digital Magazine?O Can The User Search By Magazine Name?O Can The User Search By Magazine Subject? O Can The User Search For A Magazine By Language?• Does A Single Users Search Lock One License For The Duration Of The Search?• Are The Magazines Classifieds? 3. Pricing And Ordering• Is Item-Specific Pricing Available For The Digital Selection Of Newspapers And Magazines?• What Is The Services Pricing Model? 4. Customer Service And – Support• Do You Offer The Customer A Support Service In Finnish, From Which They Can Get Support And Help In Acute Service Failure Situations By Phone And Email? If You Offer It, Is The Support Service Available On Weekdays For At Least 7 Hours On Weekdays Between 8 Am And 4 Pm?
