Background And Description Of The Procurement The Procurement Is Related To The Pori Offshore Wind Center Project Implemented By The City Of Pori, Which Is Funded By The Jtf (Just Transition Fund). The City Of Pori Is Building An International Offshore Wind Power Operation And Competence Center In Mäntyluotoo, Pori, In Cooperation With Leading Companies In The Field, With The Aim Of Having A Significant Role In Offshore Wind Projects In The Gulf Of Pohjan. The Mäntyluoto Harbor Area Offers An Excellent Framework For Land And Sea Operations Of Wind Turbines In Terms Of Infrastructure And Logistical Location. The Expert Service To Be Procured Is Related To The Implementation Of The Next Phase Of The Pori Merituulikeskus Ecosystem And Development Project For The Period 5 June 2026–31 March 2027. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Continuity Of The Merituulikeskus Project, Deepen The Functioning Of The Ecosystem, And Support Poris Positioning Nationally And Internationally As A Significant Development Platform For The Offshore Wind Industry, Port Development And Offshore Business.
