The Assignment Concerns The Management And Handling Of Damages Arising From The Avp And Advising On The Private Liability Insurance (Hereinafter: Avp) By Means Of: • Handling All Property And Personal Injury Claims Covered By The Avp, Both Under The Deductible (Avp Is Partly Carried Under The Deductible Up To €25,000) And For The Insurers Risk; • Forwarding Of Damages In Excess Of The Deductible To The Insurer; • Accept, Assess And Settle Claims For Damages; • Processing Changes; • Providing Solicited And Unsolicited Advice On General Insurance Issues And Market Developments Associated With The Avp; • Timely Identification And Advice On The Possibility Of Taking Recourse Or Seeking Redress From Third Parties. 352,500.00
