The Main Goal Of The Procurer Is To Renovate The Ventilation Of The Pyünsi School-Kindergarten On Time And At Optimal Costs In Accordance With The Project Documentation (Work No. Eg-1/4-26 Prepared By Element Grupp Oü), The Description Of The Work And Other Conditions Stipulated In The Procurement Documents. The Works Include All General Construction And Special Works, Including Heating, Ventilation And Cooling Works, Strong And Weak Flow Works, Automation Works, Water And Sewage Works, Closing Of Existing Natural Ventilation Openings And Restoration Of Finishing. All Performed Work Must Meet The Established Requirements So That The Object Of The Contract Is As Durable As Possible In Later Maintenance And The Materials Used Are Long-Lasting And The Maintenance Costs Are As Low As Possible. Construction Quality And Rationality In Operating Costs Must Be Guaranteed In The Best Possible Way.
