If The Course Of The Procurement Procedure Is Prolonged Beyond This Time, The Contract May Be Concluded Even After The Expected Start Date Of The Validity Of The Contract Published In The General Data (In Accordance With Clause 9.1 Of The Framework Contract For Employment).
