B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of Trailers For The Transport Of Electric Generators, Atvs And Construction And Wheeled Machinery. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase, In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa). Any Interested Person May Submit A Bid Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Ppa (Ppzop) And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Notice And Documentation For Participation. This Order Is Divided Into 6 (Six) Separate Items, With Subject Matter And Estimated Quantities As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of A Trailer For The Transport Of O2 Electric Generators - 5 (Five) Pieces; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of A Trailer For The Transport Of Electrical Generators O4 - 5 (Five) Pieces; Separate Item No. 3: Delivery Of A Trailer For The Transport Of Electric Generators O3 - 3 (Three) Pieces; Separate Item #4: Supply Of A Semi-Trailer With Pneumatic Stretching Of The Rear Part For The Transport Of Generators - 2 (Two) Pieces; Separate Item #5: Supply Of Atv Transport Trailer – 12 (Twelve) Pieces; Separate Item No. 6: Delivery Of A 2-Axle Trailer For The Transport Of Construction And Wheeled Equipment - 2 (Two) Pieces. Based On Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.
