The Detailed Characteristics And Requirements For The Subject Of The Procedure Are Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In The Repair Base Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor. In The Event That The Repair (Service) Base Of The Participant Designated As The Contractor Is Outside The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, The Transportation Of The Subject To Repair And The Repaired Electric Motors And Pump Units Will Be At His Expense. If The Repair (Service) Base Of The Participant Designated As The Contractor Is In The City Of Plovdiv - The Transport Is At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority.
