The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Main Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 – Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site; Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Investment Project For The Repair Should Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects (Promulgated, Sg No. 51 Of 2001) And The Applicable Regulations On The Project Parts Included In The Scope Of The Project. The Project Should Provide For The Improvement Of The Vertical Layout Of The Park Space And The Creation Of A New Pavement. Green Areas Must Be Properly Treated - By Leveling, Rolling, Seeding With A Grass Mixture, Spraying And Fertilizing. It Is Necessary To Plant New Deciduous Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Climbing Vegetation. To Provide For The Allocation Of A Playground For Children Up To 12 Years Of Age And A Playground For Outdoor Fitness For People Of All Ages. Play And Sports Facilities Provide Opportunities For Collective And Individual Play, Both For Children And Adults. The Park Furniture Should Be Completely Replaced - New Benches With Backrests, Trash Cans, Etc. To Provide For The Repair Of The Existing Lighting - Replacement Of Broken Lighting Fixtures, As Well As To Build Additional Park Lighting. In The Electro Part, A Video Surveillance And Recording System Should Be Provided, As The Object Of Surveillance Are All Entrances And Exits Of The Park And Playgrounds. To Provide For The Construction Of A Suitable Irrigation System. All Activities Provided For In The Project Must Be Implemented During Construction
