The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Periodic Supplies Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Sbalag - Maichin Dom Ead, Described In Detail In The Attached Technical Specification, Designated By Nomenclature (Types) With Their Own Serial Number, Description By International Non-Patent Or Pharmacopoeial Name, Dosage Form And The Corresponding Amount Of Active Substance, Unit Measure And Estimated Amount. The Technical Specification Includes Prescription Medicinal Products That Are Included In Annex No. 2 Of The Positive Drug List (Pls) And Medicinal Products That Are Not Included In The Pls, Prescription And Non-Prescription, By Their Respective International Non-Proprietary Or Pharmacopoeial Names (Inn). The Term Of Performance Of The Public Procurement Is 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract For The Award Of Public Procurement. The Quantities Of Medicinal Products Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Party To Purchase Them In Their Full Volume. The Specific Quantities Are Determined By The Actual Needs Of The Medical And Operational Activity And The Patients Served. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, In View Of The Actual Needs Of The Medical And Operative Activity, To Unilaterally Change The Estimated Quantities For The Individual Nomenclature Within The Agreed Value. The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes The Value Upon Contract Renewal And The Value Of The Option To Award Additional Supplies Specified In The Invitation To Participate. Medicinal Products Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Medicinal Products For Human Medicine Act (Mphm) And Have A Valid Authorization For Use In The Country, Issued In Accordance With The Mphm Or Regulation (Ec) No. 726/2004 Of The European Parliament And The Council. When Concluding A Contract For The Supply Of Medicinal Products Through An Internal Competitive Selection Based On Framework Agreements From The Central Authority For The Award Of Public Procurement In The Healthcare Sector Pursuant To Pms No. 146/09.06.2015, Deliveries Of Medicinal Products Under This Order Will Not Be Made During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreements Concluded By The Central Authority For The Award Of Public Procurement. In These Cases, The Assignor Does Not Owe Any Penalties Or Compensation.
