And Amended By Approved Order No. 299/17.06.1998. There Are No Facilities Passing Through The Property, The Subject Of The Investment Intention, Which Would Impose Restrictions On Its Use. It Envisages The Construction Of An Open Sports Facility, Which Will Be A Field With Dimensions Of 36/14 M., And A Playing Field With Dimensions Of 35.50/13.50 M., Being In Accordance With The Terrain Specifics And Available Elements Of The Provided Terrain. The Site Will Be Located In An Area With Disturbed Existing Asphalt Pavement, The Terrain Is Narrow And Long, Oriented Longitudinally In The East-West Direction, Bordered On The South By A Stone Wall. The Main Access To The Field Will Be From Two Entrances - From The North And East. The East Entrance Provides The Requirement For An Accessible Environment To Disadvantaged People. The Pitch Will Be Built On Top Of The Existing Asphalt, Which Will Be Used As A Solid Base On Which To Lay The Necessary Layers Of The New Sports Ground.
