The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Preparation And Delivery Of Food For Home Social Patronage (Dsp) In The Municipality Of Karlovo. The Food Must Be Prepared According To The 2003 Collection Of Recipes For Catering Establishments Or A Newer, Similar Edition According To A Sample Menu According To The Technical Specification And Agreed With The Manager Of The Dsp. The Meal Consists Of Two Dishes - Soup 300G And Main Course 300G. - Boiled, Baked, Grilled, Side Dish Or Salad, Applying A Sample Menu (Monthly). The Daily Presence Of Meat In One Of The Dishes - Soup Or Main Dish - Is Mandatory.​​ Culinary Production Should Comply With The Requirements For Rational And Complete Nutrition For The Main Age Group - People Over 60 Years Old. The Contractor Should Present Sample Menus, Not Allowing Repetition For 10 (Ten) Days.​​​​ The Food Should Be For A Five-Day Meal - From Monday To Friday; To Be Of Quality Products Of Proven Origin And To Be Prepared On The Day Of Delivery.
