Beach Services – Public Service Delegation In The Form Of Leasing - Plages De La Siagne - Lot 1. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Delegated Management By Way Of Leasing Of The Subcontract For The Exploitation Of A Beach Lot. The Beach Lot Is Intended For The Operation Of Activities Meeting The Needs Of The Public Seaside Service On The Beaches Of Siagne. It Has A Maximum Total Surface Area Of 2,200 M², Broken Down As Follows: -1,320 M² Of Surface Area Dedicated To The Public Sea Bathing Service; -580 M² Maximum Terrace; -300 M² Maximum Of Demountable Installations Accommodating The Restaurant Room, The Kitchen And The Technical Rooms (Including A Roof Terrace Operating Surface Of 150 M2 Maximum). It Is Specified That These Are Maximum Authorized Areas. Candidates May Propose Smaller Occupations, While Respecting An Allocation Of The Total Surface Area Dedicated To Sea Bathing Of At Least 60%. The Removable Bathing Facilities Already Present On The Beach Will Be Made Available To The Future Operator By The Community. The Latter May Make Any Modification Planned In Its Architectural Project And Authorized By Building Permit, Within The Limit Of The Maximum Surface Areas Mentioned Above. The Sub-Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Making The Additional Investments Necessary For The Operation Of The Service. He Will Bear The Operating Costs. He Will Take Care Of The Winter Dismantling Of The Structure, Its Storage And Its Reassembly, In The Event Of Refusal To Open Its Seaside Lot In Winter. He Will Manage The Service At His Own Risk And Will Be Paid By Users Of The Public Service.
