The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes - Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy - Medium And Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Lom - Street Lighting, Municipal Buildings, Art Gallery And Museum, Chipboard, Kindergartens, Nurseries, Childrens Milk Kitchen And Social Institutions With Delegated By The State, Located On The Territory Of The Municipality, Including Its Constituent Town Halls For A Period Of 12 Months With An Approximate Annual Consumption Of 2084.54 Mwh. The Purpose Of The Awarding Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 20 Of The Pte, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or The Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
