The Bidders Task Is To Provide A High Level Of Media Planning And Purchasing Tasks Related To The Continuous And Campaign-Like Communication Of The Bidder, I.E. Preparing Media Strategy And Plans For The Bidders Invitation Letter (Brief), And Then Performing The Media Buying Tasks Based On The Media Plan Approved By The Bidder. The Bidder Expects Effective, Innovative And Creative Solutions From The Bidder During Media Planning. The Tenderers Duties In Detail: • Preparation Of A Media Strategy, Media Plan(S), Media Mix For The Tenderers Invitation Letter (Brief) During The Cooperation, In A Format Designed According To The Tenderers Needs - Based On Media Research. • Incorporation Of Available Surfaces (In Public Areas, Advertising On Vehicles, Etc.) And Radio Appearances Into The Media Plan, Based On The Clients Own Or Separate Agreement, Free Of Charge Or On The Basis Of A Special Discount. • Coordination Of The Media Plans With The Bidder And Their Subsequent Acceptance. In All Cases, The Acceptance Of Media Plans Is Preceded By Consultation With The Bidder. • In The Case Of Media Types (E.G.: Public Space, Radio) That Require Additional Additions, Preparation And Attachment Of The Corresponding Surface List And Distribution Plan. • On The Basis Of The Accepted Media Plan, Arranging The Media Purchase At The Prices Specified In The Offer. • Preparation Of A Production And Material Release List Based On The Accepted Media Plan, Informing The Bidder And The Contractor Appointed By Him Of The Creative Design And Execution Services About The Material Release Parameters. • Submission Of Material To Media Owners And Media Sellers. • Checking The Arrival Of Advertising Materials To Media Owners. • Preparation Of Regular Reports For The Bidder On The Current Status Of The Campaigns And Campaign Phases, On The Itemized Completion Of The Tasks At Intervals, Content And Format Determined By The Bidder (E.G.: Post-Buy Report, Monthly Report). • Representation Of The Bidder And Enforcement Of His Interests In The Event Of Defective Performance (E.G.: Appearance With A Color Defect). • Administration Of Certain Items Of The Media Plan Related To Cancellation, Revision Of The Entire Media Plan Based On The Request Of The Bidder, Even After The Accepted Media Plan (E.G.
