The Ordering Party Expects To Award 1 Larger Order Each Year (Approx. 400 Monitors, 300 Computers, 100 Portable Computers, 400 Access Licenses) And 1-2 Smaller Orders During Each Quarter. The Awarding Of Orders Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Funds At Its Disposal. 3. The Ordering Party Estimates The Total Quantity Of The Ordered Equipment As: 1) Computer Monitors - 1,600 Pcs. 2) Pc Computers With An Operating System - 1,200 Pcs. 3) Aio Computers With An Operating System - 500 Pcs. 4) Portable Computers With An Operating System - 500 Pcs. 5) Access Licenses (Device Cal) - 2,200 Pcs. 6) Scanners Document - 400 Pcs. 7) Multifunctional Devices - 200 Pcs. 8) Printers - 600 Pcs. To Confirm That The Offered It Equipment Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. The Type Of Documents Will Each Time Be Specified In The Invitation To Submit Offers. 4. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Will Call For Their Submission Or Supplementation. 5. The Ordering Party May Request Explanations Regarding The Submitted Evidence. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit. 8. The Execution Of The Order Does Not Require Employment Under An Employment Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Possibility Of Applying For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11.
