The Tenderer Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Contract For The Planning Of The Reconstruction, Modernization And Development Of Public Lighting Equipment And Networks In Budapest For A Net Amount Of Huf 150,000,000 For A Period Of 24 Months Or Until The Amount Is Exhausted. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 70% Of The Total Amount. Failure To Exhaust/Use The Portion Above The Mandatory Limit Amount Does Not Constitute A Breach Of Contract On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. The Successful Tenderer May Not Submit Any Legal Claim Against The Tenderer Due To Non-Exhaustion/Use Of The Portion Above The Mandatory Limit Amount. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Planning Of The Reconstruction, Modernization And Development Of Public Lighting Equipment And Networks Is Planned In The Amount Of 638 Pieces, 12,500 Running Meters. The Planned Quantities Have Been Given To Determine The Total Bid Price Without Value Added Tax In Order To Evaluate The Offers Well-Founded, The Quantities To Be Ordered In The Framework Of The Framework Contract May Differ From These Planned Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Designers Unit Prices Serve As The Basis For The Evaluation Of The Bidding Process, The Same Items May Be Accounted For During The Designers Performance. Design Unit Prices Also Include The Planning Of All Other Ancillary Operations Of Construction (Demolition, Construction). The Design Documentation Must Comply With The Relevant Official Regulations, The Budapest Lighting Master Plan (Hereinafter: Bvmt), Technical Standards And Operator Regulations. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Prepare The Construction Plans According To The Design Task Sheets Received From Bkm Nonprofit Zrt In Such A Way That, With A Suitable Technical Solution, It Results In Feasibility With The Most Favorable Investment Cost. The Following Are The Tasks And Costs Of The Successful Bidder During The Execution Of The Planning Orders: - Preparation Of The Complete Design Documentation, Including Technical Description, Necessary Route And Section Drawings, Dimensions, Unpriced And Priced Budget Statement (Konyvcalc/Terc, Or If You Do Not Find A Suitable Item In It, Then The Application Of Esa (Distribution Network Standard Material List And Labor Fee Items), If The Item Is Not There, Then A Unique Item Can Apply, Which Must Be Agreed With The Customer Beforehand). - The Budget Statement May Primarily Only Contain Contractor Budget Items Determined In Advance By The Tenderer. - Each Design Documentation Is Submitted To The Bidder In 1 Paper-Based Copy And 1 Copy On Cd Or Dvd.
