Design Documentation Separately For Each Facility Must Take Into Account The Existing Technical Condition Of The Buildings, Their Structural Layout, The Need To Adapt The Facilities To Applicable Regulations, Improve Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Verification, Assessment Of Suitability For Further Use, Modernization, Reconstruction Or Expansion Of Existing Installations, Including Installations Made On The Basis Of Previous Design Studies Provided By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Reconstruction, Superstructure, Thermal Modernization And Adaptation Of Buildings To Current Technical And Functional Requirements, As Well As Solutions Ensuring Technical Rationality, Functional And Economic Of The Planned Investment.
