The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Service Of Creating A Feasibility Study For The Modernization Of Railway Lines M301, M302 And M303, Which Includes: • Creation Of Conceptual Solutions • Creation Of A Feasibility Study • Creation Of A Cost And Benefit Analysis • Elaboration On The Compliance Of The Intervention With Spatial Plans • Creation Of The Final Report And Obtaining Approval From The Client. The Bidder Must Offer The Entire Quantity Requested In The Tender. Offers For Only Part Of The Requested Quantity From The Cost List Will Not Be Considered. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Perform The Service In Question In Such A Way That It Corresponds To All The Conditions Specified In The Project Terms Of Reference, Procurement Documentation, Cost List And Other Attachments.
