The Provision Of An Erp System, Electronic Document Management And Archiving Necessary For The Development Of The Digital Infrastructure Of The Institution, By Concluding A Supply Contract, With A Single Economic Operator, Under The Conditions And With The Specifications Of The Specifications, Which Contributes To The Integrated Management Of The Budget, Accounting, Management Of Fixed Assets, Materials And Inventory Objects, Human Resources, Payroll And The Management Of Documents And Work Flows. The Supply Of The Erp System Will Be Completed By Concluding A Supply Contract, With An Economic Operator As Follows: A) Regarding The Supply Of The Erp System, Management And Electronic Document Archiving, The Implementation Period Is 9 Months After The Signing Of The Contract By Both Parties And The Establishment Of The Grant Of Good Execution; B) With Respect To System Maintenance, Backup And Disaster Recovery Services, The Period Is 60 Months.
