The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of A Teaching Building For The Purposes Of Improving The Quality Of Education, Along With Adaptation For Disabled People And Meeting The Applicable Requirements In The Field Of Fire Protection In The Following Scope: A) Expansion Of A Passenger Elevator Shaft With Glazed Vestibules On Each Floor, With External Stairs Enabling Direct Communication Of The Ground Floor (Basement) And The Ground Floor Of The Building With The Existing Ground Level, B) Accompanying Works Within The Area Development Consisting In External Reconstruction Installation Of A Rainwater Drainage System And Moving The Measuring System Outside The Building, C) Reconstruction Of Some Of The Buildings Rooms Due To The Need To Adapt Them To Fire Protection Requirements And Improve The Conditions Of Use Of The Facility By Disabled People, Consisting Of: D) Reconstruction Of The Rooms On The First Floor Along With Their Facilities And The Adjacent Corridor For The Needs Of The Ict Laboratories Being Created. 2. The Ordering Party Has A Valid Building Permit By Decision No. 52/2025 Of April 17, 2025, Reference Number: Agp.6740.57.2025.Gm. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Construction Design, Which Includes: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Two Sets Of Crane Documentation In Polish, Constituting An Annex To The Application To The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) For Testing Before Issuing The First Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Crane. . 5. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The
