The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Continuity Or Implementation Of A New Cybersecurity Operations Center That Incorporates The Fundamental Elements For Its Operation, Such As Perimeter Security Barriers, A Log Collection And Correlation System, And Also Detection And Response Technology. It Must Also Contemplate The Mandatory Tasks For Its Integration Into The National Network Of Cybersecurity Operations Centers, As Well As Obtaining The Certification Of The City Councils Systems Of The National Security Scheme, Which Will Serve As A Framework To Promote A Homogeneous Security Model And Will Allow Establishing The Security Policy In The Use Of Media, As Well As Adequately Guaranteeing The Security Of The Information Processed.
