Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Client, In Accordance With The Description, Scope And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specifications, The List Of Billing Metering Points, The Cost List And The Procurement Documentation. The Client Has A Total Of 1,000 Metering Points, With An Estimated Consumption Over A Period Of 12 Months Of 20,820,000 Kwh, Of Which At Least 50% Of The Total Estimated Amount Of Electricity Must Be Produced From Renewable Energy Sources In Accordance With The Decision On The Implementation Of Green Public Procurement (Official Gazette 137/24). As A Confirmation Of Fulfillment Of The Conditions On The Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged, After The Delivery Of Electricity, To Deliver To The Customer A Valid Confirmation/Certificate From The Register Of Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity In The Croatian Domain (Maintained By The Croatian Operator Of The Energy Market D.O.O. (Hrote), Which Shows That The Quantity Of Electricity In Question Was Delivered To Users In The Amount (Proportion) Specified In The Bid Selection Criteria. The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Submit To The Client In Accordance With The Methodology For Determining The Origin Of Electricity (Official Gazette 133/14, 127/19). In The Event Of Non-Delivery Of The Required Certificate, The Aforementioned Action Will Be Considered A Breach Of Contractual Obligations, On The Basis Of Which The Client Reserves The Right To Undertake Further Activities In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Procurement Documentation, And In Accordance With Other Positive Regulations Governing The Subject Area.
