The Subject Of Procurement Under The Turnkey System Includes The Creation Of All Necessary Projects, Studies, Technical Solutions, Estimates, Tests, Attests, Certificates, Approvals And Other Documentation, As Well As The Execution Of All Construction-Craftsmen, Mechanical, Electrical, Installation And Other Works That Prove Necessary In Accordance With The Offered Technological Solution, Valid Regulations, Norms, Rules Of The Profession And The Requirements Of Competent Authorities For Complete Performance And Legal Commissioning Of The System. The Bidder Is Obliged, Based On Its Own Technological Solution And The Professional Attention Of Experts, To Foresee And Include In The Bid All The Works, Equipment, Material, Documentation And Activities Necessary For The Performance Of A Fully Functional Hospital Laundry, Regardless Of Whether They Are Individually Listed In The Procurement Documentation, If They Are Necessary And Represent A Prerequisite For The Delivery, Installation, Functional Connection, Commissioning And Smooth Operation Of The Requested Equipment And The Legal Use Of The Entire System. All Offered Equipment Must Be New And Unused And Delivered, Installed, Connected, Functionally Tested And Put Into Full Operation. The Offered Equipment And The Entire Offered Solution Must Meet The Minimum Technical Characteristics And Requirements Specified In The Technical Specifications Document (Annex Ii). The Subject Of Procurement Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Laws And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Croatia, Professional Rules, Valid Norms And Technical Regulations Governing The Subject Of Procurement, Including Regulations In The Field Of Construction, Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, Technical Requirements For Products And Conformity Assessment, Energy Efficiency, Environmental Protection, Waste Management And Other Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of Procurement.
