The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Preparation And Delivery Of Food For The Final Recipients Within The Project Hot Lunch In The Municipality Of Gabrovo, Bg05sfpr003-1.001-0156-C08, Under The Program For Food And Basic Material Support 2021 - 2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Hot Lunch. The Food Is Prepared Daily On Working Days And Delivered Loosely To The Employer. The Contractor Delivers The Spilled Food In Single-Use Containers That Meet The Requirements Of Bulgarian And European Legislation Regarding Single-Use Or Biodegradable Plastic Containers. The Prepared And Spilled Food Is Delivered According To The Location Of The Object: Social Services Institutions (Zsu), Gabrovo, 13 Ivaylo Street, In The Interval From 7:30 A.M. To 8:00 A.M. Lunch Includes: Soup, Main Course, Bread And At Least Once A Week Dessert. The Capacity Of Users Within The Project Hot Lunch In The Municipality Of Gabrovo Is 230 People. Their Number Is Specified In A Daily Preliminary Request Submitted By The Director Of Social Services Institutions Or His Authorized Representative. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 2 Months //Without Renewal/ From Receipt Of The Contract Letter. The Order Provides For Renewal For A Period Of Up To 13 Months, Under The Terms Of The Contract. Provided That The Parties Have Taken Advantage Of Their Right To Renewal, The Performance Of The Activities Subject To The Contract, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties Do Not Change. The Total Term Of The Contract, Including The Renewal, Is Up To 15 Months. The Full Scope Of Activities Is According To The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
