The Ordering Party Wishes To Establish A Framework Agreement That Includes Damage Services Related To The Ordering Partys Properties, Including Homes, Common Areas, Technical Installations And Associated Outdoor Areas, Where This Is Relevant. The Services Include Both The Handling Of Acute Incidents Where Immediate Action Is Needed, As Well As Planned Incidents Where The Damage Has Stabilized And The Action Can Be Planned And Carried Out Systematically. The Customer Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Three (3) Suppliers, Each Of Whom Will Be Assigned A Ranking Based On The Criterion Best Ratio Between Price And Quality. This Ranking Determines Which Supplier Is Primarily Used, With Priority Given By The Highest Score. If The Highest Ranked Supplier Cannot Meet A Specific Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Agreement, The Task Will Pass To The Next Best Supplier And Then To The Third. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of Four Years With The Possibility Of Termination After Two Years. During The Period Of The Agreement, Allocation Will Take Place Via Direct Allocation. The Total Scope Of Framework Agreements Estimated At Approx. 32 Million Dkk During The Framework Agreement Period. Number Of Requisitions Per Year Is Estimated To Be Approx. 400 Requisitions, Which Is Based On An Average Of The Last 3 Years Requisitions. The Above Expected Revenue And Number Of Requisitions Is An Expression Of The Ordering Partys Discretionary Bid For Future Needs Based On Historical And Expected Consumption, And The Ordering Party Therefore Does Not Guarantee The Future Revenue Of The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Be +30%. The Maximum Value Is Estimated By The Ordering Party Based On A Less Likely, But Still Possible, Scenario Where The Need Develops Differently Than Expected At The Time Of The Tender. It Is The Clients Expectation That The Turnover On The Framework Agreement Will Not Exceed The Stated Maximum Value. The Ordering Party Will Obtain The Right (But Not The Obligation) To Draw On The Concluded Framework Agreement. The Tender Is Not Divided Into Partial Contracts. The Framework Agreement Is Offered As One Overall Agreement For The Entire Service Described. The Reason For This Is That The Task Constitutes A Comprehensive And Uniform Service, Which Is Best Handled In A Comprehensive Agreement. A Division Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Result In A Loss Of Economies Of Scale, Increased Contract Administration And Higher Costs For The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, It Is Estimated That The Market Can Deliver The Full Service All At Once, And That A Division Will Not Increase Competition Or Quality. This Lack Of Division Is In Accordance With Section 49, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As The Ordering Party Has Hereby Justified Why The Framework Agreement Is Not Divided.
