The Würzburg University Hospital Is To Be Expanded In Several Construction Phases On The North Expansion Site. Extensive Land Removal Is Planned. Overall, Terrain Adjustments Are Planned With Cuts Up To Depths Of 17 M; In Some Areas, Embankments Are Necessary To Level The Terrain. Excavated Material Can Be Used For Replacement Provided It Is Classified As Soil Mechanically And Environmentally Suitable. The Existing Topsoil Must Be Stored For Later Covering. 760,000 M³ Are Expected As Excavated Masses.
