The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution Of Works And Authors Supervision Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Existing Tram Line Together With The Reconstruction Of The Road System And The Reconstruction Or Construction Of Infrastructure Accompanying All Industries And Greenery. The Scope Of The Project Includes The Modernization Of The Track With A Length Of Approx. 2.79 Km Of Single Track Along With Power Supply And Stop Infrastructure, As Well As The Necessary Reconstruction Of The Road System In Ul. Srebrzyńska From Ul. Ogrodowa To Al. Włókniarzy Along With The Connection Of The Tram Network In Al. Włókniarzy. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Relating To The Scope Of Modernization Of The Tram Network In Ul. Srebrzyńska From Ul. Ogrodowa (Without Intersection) To Al. Włókniarzy Along With The Intersection. The Remaining Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Covering A Broader Scope Of The Investment, Is Not The Subject Of This Tender Procedure And Is Not Subject To Valuation.
