A Dielectric Rubber Mat Measuring 750×750×6 Mm Is Designed To Provide Additional Electrical Safety When Working In Electrical Installations. The Product Is Used In Closed Electrical Installations With Voltages Up To And Above 1000 V (In Dry Operating Conditions) And Complies With Equivalent Standards Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan And The Eaeu. The Mat Is Made Of Dielectric Rubber And Has High Electrical Strength And Breakdown Resistance. The Thickness Of The Product Is 6 ± 1 Mm, The Surface Is Grooved To Prevent Slipping. The Depth Of The Reefs Is Approximately 1.5–2 Mm. The Design Provides Reliable Insulation From Conductive Surfaces. The Mat Is Operational At Ambient Temperatures From –15 To +40 °C And Is Resistant To Short-Term Mechanical Loads. The Electrical Strength Of The Material Is At Least 10 Kv/Mm, The Product Can Withstand Test Voltage Up To 20 Kv Alternating Current With A Frequency Of 50 Hz. The Permissible Leakage Current Density Is No More Than 160 Ma/M². Operation Is Allowed Only In Dry Rooms; Use In Conditions Of High Humidity, Presence Of Oils And Aggressive Environments Is Not Allowed. The Service Life Of The Product Is On Average Up To 3 Years, Subject To Storage And Operating Conditions. Periodic Visual Inspection Of The Mat Is Carried Out At Least Once Every 6 Months. If Damage Is Detected (Cracks, Punctures, Swelling), The Product Must Be Replaced. Delivery Set: Dielectric Mat 750×750×6 Mm - 1 Pc., Circuit Breaker 380 V, 100 A: Designed For Use In Three-Phase Electrical Networks, With A Rated Voltage Of 380/400 V And A Rated Current Of 100 A, Refers To Low-Voltage Switching Devices. The Device Is Designed To Protect The Electrical Circuit From Overload And Short Circuit. The Design Of The Circuit Breaker Is Usually Three-Pole (3P) Or, If Necessary, Four-Pole (3P+N). The Device Must Comply With The Requirements Of Gost Iec 60898-1 Or Gost Iec 60947-2, As Well As The Eaeu Tr. The Switchboard Must Be Equipped With N (Neutral) And Pe (Grounding) Buses. The Door Can Be Transparent Or Opaque, With The Possibility Of Sealing And Protection Against Unauthorized Access. The Degree Of Protection Of The Shell Is Not Lower Than Ip40. The Switchboard Must Be Suitable For Use Both Indoors And, If Necessary, Outdoors (Depending On The Installation Location). The Product Must Comply With The Requirements Of Gost Iec 61439-3 And Technical Regulations Of The Eaeu. It Is Permitted To Supply Equivalent Products That Meet The Specified Technical Specifications., Power Cable Type Vvg 5×10 And Its Analogue According To The Standards Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan And The Eaeu: Vvgng(A) 5×10 Or Vvgng(A)-Ls 5×10, Meeting The Requirements Of Gost 31996-2012 And Technical Regulations Of The Eaeu Tr. The Cable Must Be Copper, With The Number Of Cores - 5, The Cross-Section Of Each Core - 10 Mm², With Pvc Insulation And Sheath. The Analogue Must Ensure The Transmission And Distribution Of Electricity In Stationary Installations At A Rated Voltage Of Up To 0.66/1 Kv. The Ng(A) Version Of The Cable Must Not Spread Fire When Laid In Groups, And The Ng(A)-Ls Version Must Additionally Have Reduced Smoke And Gas Emissions, Which Is Recommended For Use In Buildings With Large Numbers Of People, Including Medical And Administrative Institutions.
