Duration Of The Study Visit: 4 Days (Including The First And Last Day For Travel And 2 Days For The Implementation Of The Substantive Program). Number Of People Participating In The Study Visit: 20. The Main Purpose Of The Study Visit Is To Enable Employers From Greater Poland To Establish Direct International Contacts With Institutions, Foreign Entities And Job Seekers, Including Poles Returning To The Country And Foreigners Interested In Taking Up Employment In Poland. The Organization Of Study Trips For Employers From Greater Poland Is Aimed At Increasing Their Knowledge Of Foreign Labor Markets, Strengthening Competitiveness And Increasing The Chances Of Finding Suitable Candidates For Employment In Poland. Contacts With Foreign Institutions Dealing With Local Labor Market Issues And Activities Aimed At Reducing Unemployment Should Be Taken Into Account.
