Work Detail
Peat – Delivery Of Raw Sphagnum Peat To The Nursery Farm In Nędza In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 13,000 M3 Of Raw Sphagnum Peat To The Nursery Farm In Nędza In 2026. The Order Was Not Divided Into Partial Tasks Due To The Fact That The Order Can Also Be Completed By A Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Unjustified Due To The Significant Difficulties On The Part Of The Ordering Party In Accepting Transports From Different Contractors At The Same Time And Settling Several Concluded Contracts At The Same Time. Due To The Above, In Order To Avoid Organizational And Technical Problems, The Ordering Party Decided Not To Divide The Order Into Partial Tasks. Moreover, The Homogeneity Of The Supplied Peat Is Important For The Ordering Party Due To The Specific Nature Of The Production Of Substrates For Which Peat Is The Basic Component. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Also Not Economically Justified - The Larger The Amount Of Peat The Contractor Contracts, The Lower Its Unit Price May Be. Many Years Of Experience Of The Ordering Party Show That Procedures Divided Into Partial Tasks Ended With The Conclusion Of Several Contracts With One Contractor. For The Ordering Party, One Unit Price For The Entire Delivery Is Also Important, As It Influences The Price Calculation Of The Manufactured Substrates. The Order Was Not Divided Into Partial Tasks Also Due To The Decreasing Number Of Orders Placed For Peat Substrates Produced At The Nursery Farm In Nędza, The Production Of Which Uses Raw Peat. The Contractor May Submit One Offer, But He Cannot Submit An Offer Simultaneously As A Consortium Member And As An Independent Contractor Or As A Consortium Member In Several Different Consortiums. If Such A Situation Occurs, The Ordering Party Will Reject All Offers Submitted With The Participation Of This Contractor/Consortium Member. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Scope Of Supplies Provided For In The Tor. Peat Deliveries Will Be Based On The Framework Schedule Constituting An Annex To The Agreement, And The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of Larger Amounts Of Peat In A Shorter Time. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Required Peat Parameters (Obligatory): A) High Sphagnum Peat With A Degree Of Decomposition Of Up To 15%, Fractionated (Fraction 0-20 Mm) B) Organic Matter Content 85-100% C) Bulk Density 50-150 Kg/M3 D) Total Porosity 85-95% Of The Volume E) Water Capacity 70-80% Of The Volume At 10 Cm H2o F) Air Capacity 15-25% Of Volume At 10 Cm H2o G) Ph In Water 3.5-4.5 Constant For The Entire Supply H) Salinity Up To 0.12 Ms/Cm I) Humidity 45% - 65% (Use Of Moisturizing Substances Allowed) J) Fraction Of <1 Mm Up To 55% K) Fraction Of Fraction ≥20 Mm Below 0.5% Regarding Measurements On Shaker Sieves L) Unacceptable Content Of Roots And Other Impurities (E.G.
