Electricity – Delivery Of Green Electricity To 214 Municipal Collection Points From 2027. According To The Data Listed In The List Of Purchase Points, The Total Electricity Requirement Averaged Over The Past 3 Years Is 4,542,626 Kwh Per Delivery Year And Is Divided Into 214 Purchase Points. The Consumption Values Specified In The Acceptance Point Lists Are Primarily Based On The Consumption Data For The Years 2023, 2024 And 2025. These Are For Guidance Only And Do Not Represent Binding Acceptance Values. The 2025 Load Profiles For The Acceptance Points With Power Measurement (Rlm) Are Also Available. Green Electricity Is To Be Supplied. Green Electricity Is Electricity That Is Generated In Systems That Use Exclusively Renewable Energy, Including Electricity From Storage Power Plants Less Self-Consumption And Losses (Excluding Pumped Electricity) And Less The Non-Renewable Share Of Pumped Electricity. Renewable Energies Are Hydropower Including Wave, Tidal, Salt Gradient And Current Energy, Wind Energy, Solar Radiation Energy, Geothermal Energy, Energy From Biomass Within The Meaning Of The German Biomass Ordinance Including Biogas, Biomethane, Landfill Gas And Sewage Gas. The Green Electricity Used Must Be Traceable To Clearly Described And Identifiable Sources. Double Marketing Of The Green Electricity Supplied Is Not Permitted. Without A Separate Request From The Client, The Contractor Must Prove The Delivery Of Green Electricity And Compliance With The Offered Quality Criteria With Proof Of Origin From The Guarantee Of Origin Register (Hknr) Or Comparable Evidence Within 4 Months Of The End Of The Respective Delivery Year. In Order To Provide Additional Impetus For Increased Use Of Renewable Energy Sources, The Contractor Must Invest A Net Amount Of 0.2 Cents/Kwh To Promote The Expansion Of Renewable Energies In Accordance With The Amount Of Electricity Supplied To The Client. The Funding Amounts Must Be Used Promptly. For This Purpose, The Contractor Submits A Funding Plan Within 2 Months Of The End Of The Respective Delivery Year, Which Shows How The Funding Amounts Will Be Used. Energy Consulting Services Must Also Be Provided. As Part Of Its Energy Supply, The Contractor Provides Consulting Services On Energy Efficiency Measures And Services In Accordance With The Act On Energy Services And Other Energy Efficiency Measures (Edl-G). The Following Services Are Considered As Part Of An Energy Supply: - Advice On Energy Issues (Light And Heat) In The Context Of Building Renovations, Replacement Of Heating Systems And New Buildings - Advice On The Possible Uses Of Renewable Energies And The Use Of Chps The Results Must Be Prepared In Writing, Presented To The Client And Left To Them. The Scope Of Energy Consulting Is Set For Each Delivery Year. The Amount Of Time To Be Provided In Hours Per Delivery Year Is 40 Hours.
