In Gierałtowice, Przyszowice, Paniówki And Chudów, As Well As The Operation Of The Municipal Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, Levels Of Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste, And Limitation Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. The Order Also Includes Equipping Residential Properties With Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Bags And Containers For Segregated Municipal Waste (Paper, Metal, Plastics And Glass), Containers For Bio-Waste And Maintaining The Containers In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Provision Of Services Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Waste Collection And Management Are Related Services. The Entrepreneur Collecting Municipal Waste Indicates In His Offer To Which Installations He Will Transfer The Waste (With Which He Has Or Will Have Signed Contracts). Carrying Out Separate Procedures For Waste Collection And Management Does Not Guarantee A Reduction In The Total Costs Of The Above Procedures, Because A Potential Contractor Concluding Long-Term Contracts With Waste Management Installations Has A Greater Opportunity To Negotiate A More Favorable Price Than The Ordering Party Individually. Moreover, It Should Be Emphasized That The Gierałtowice Commune Does Not Have Its Own Waste Processing Installation That Could Be Entrusted With The Management Of Municipal Waste. Due To The Above, It Is Reasonable For The Potential Contractor To Collect And Manage Waste. An Important Aspect In Favor Of Not Dividing The Order Is Also The Reduction Of The Costs Of The Entire Order And The Supervision Of The Implementation Of One Comprehensive Contract For All Tasks, Rather Than The Coordination Of The Activities Of Several Contractors (Several Contracts), Which Will Significantly Improve The Supervision Of The Order Implementation.
