The Object Of The Service Contract Is The Provision Of Administration, Operation And Evolutionary Maintenance Services For The Integrated Sap S/4Hana It System Of The Contracting Entity, Including Sap Basis Administration Activities, Technical And Functional Support, Functional And Technical Development And Adaptation, As Well As The Continuous Optimization And Improvement Of The System, In Order To Support The Operational Processes Of The Contracting Entity. Also, The Contract Includes Training And Knowledge Transfer Services For Each Module Implemented In The Contracting Entitys System, In Order To Ensure The Efficient And Correct Use Of The System. The General Objective Consists Of Administration, Operation And Evolution Services For The Integrated Sap S/4Hana It System, Including Sap Basis Administration Activities, Functional And Technical Development And Adaptation, As Well As Optimization And Continuous Improvement Of The System, In Order To Support The Operational Processes Of The Contracting Entity. The Specific Objectives Of The Services Are: 1. Support Services In The Operation Of The Basic Sap System, Services That Will Be Provided On A Monthly Subscription Basis, For A Period Of 36 Months, 2. Evolutionary Change Services Of The Existing Solution Through Approved Change Requests (Cr) (New Functionalities & Extensions), Services That Will Be Provided Only When Actually Necessary And At The Request Of The Contracting Entity. 3.
