The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 7 Pieces Of Brand New Electric Low-Floor City Buses With A Minimum Length Of 17.8 M Along With Equipment And Other Elements Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Specified In The Opz And The Agreement In Accordance With This Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Employers Requirements) And Up To 16 Pieces Of Buses With A Minimum Length Of 17.8 M And 2 Pieces Of Buses With A Length From 10.0 M To 11.00 M. Under The Option Right In Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Pzp If The Ordering Party Activates The Reserved Option Right In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 4.10 Of The Swz.
