Tenders are invited for External Financial Compliance and Audit Readiness Consultancy The consultant/service provider will work under the supervision of Alianza-AA SPs Palestine and Spain finance teams and in close coordination with the Palestine Country Coordinator and Programs Coordinator, along with the financial focal point for the DG ECHO located in Spain, the project team and the relevant implementing partners. The project implementation period ends on 30 July 2026, and the internal final report must be submitted by 17 August 2026. Given the short period between project closure and final reporting, Alianza-AA SP seeks to contract an external financial consultant/service provider based in Jerusalem / Ramallah/Bethlehem with strong knowledge of DG ECHO financial rules and audit expectations, to support the organisation in preparing the final financial report and ensuring that the project file is audit-ready.
