Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Building Installations – Open Procedure (Eu-Wide) Maintenance And Other Services On A Fire Alarm System And Electro-Acoustic Alarm System, Federal Social Court In Kassel. Fire Alarm System (Bma) And Electro-Acoustic System (Ela) The Following Services Are Agreed: Inspection, Inspection, Maintenance, Detector Replacement, Battery Replacement, Repairs (Requirements) And Special Services --- Services And Activities May Not Be Provided Remotely. --- Inspection The Inspections Are To Be Carried Out As Follows: - Periodically In Accordance With The Respective Gma1 - Quarterly For Bma/Ela The Inspection Is Carried Out At Least In Accordance With The Manufacturers Specifications And In Accordance With All Valid And Relevant Laws, Regulations, Standards, Guidelines, Etc. As Well As The Recognized Rules Of Technology. Inspection The Inspections Must Be Carried Out: - 4 Times A Year, For Parts In Accordance With Din Vde 0833-1 Point 5.3.2.1 And, If Applicable, In Accordance With Din Vde 0833-4, Appendix J 2 - Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. (Except On Public Holidays) If Errors Are Discovered During The Inspection, The Client Must Be Informed Immediately. All Services Must Be Documented In A Performance Record And The Operations Log In Accordance With The Vds Guidelines. If Repairs Have Been Agreed For The Defective Part Of The Bma/Saa Or Its Facilities And Devices, The Contractor Must Initiate The Repairs Within The Response Time Specified In Section 2.3.2. --- Maintenance Maintenance Of The Bma/Ela And Its Facilities And Devices Must Be Carried Out As Follows: - Once A Year, In Accordance With Din Vde 0833-1 Point 5.3.3 And, If Applicable, In Accordance With Din Vde 0833-4, Appendix J 3 - Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. (Except On Public Holidays) --- Small Repairs (Bma/Ela) The Services Must Be Carried Out: - Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. (Except On Public Holidays) Response Times: - Within 24 Hours For Errors Discovered During Inspection Or Maintenance - Within 8 Hours Of The Fault Being Reported By The Client. For The Execution Of Construction Work (Repair Measures), The General Contract Conditions For Construction Work (Vob/B) As Well As The Corresponding Specifications Of The Manufacturer Apply And In Accordance With All Valid And Relevant Laws, Regulations, Standards, Guidelines, Etc. As Well As The Recognized Rules Of Technology. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Transfer These Services. The Contractor Carries Out All Necessary Repairs Up To A Value Limit Of €3,000 (Net) According To The Following Scale. Grading: Repair Measures, Per System And Maintenance. These Include All Costs, Such As: B. For The Delivery Of Corresponding Small/Spare Parts, Their Replacement And Disposal: All Repair Measures Up To A Total Net Value Of €30 Are Covered By The Standard Maintenance Prices Offered. The Contractor Must Also Carry Out All Repair Work With A Net Value Of €30 - €100 Along With The Maintenance, Without Consulting The Client; These Additional Services Will Then Be Paid For Separately As Proof.
