The Scope Of The Order Includes Plots No. 595/1, 596, 597; District 0006 Szklarska Poręba And Is Located In The Area Of ​​The Historical Urban Layout Of The Town Of Szklarska Poręba, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/1815/611/J By Decision Of February 26, 1980. Data About The Existing Facility: Number Of Floors - 3 Above Ground + 1 Underground; Area Usable Area – 1295.3 M².2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Scope I - Development Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Pb Act And Other Studies And All Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 For Scope Ii, Which Will Include: 1) Plot Or Area Development Design (Pzdt), 2) Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), 3) Technical Design (Pt), 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction (Stwiorb), 5) Bioz Information Resulting From Art. 20 Section 1 Point 1B Of The Public Library Act; 6) Interior Design, Which Will Include, Among Others: Drawings And Visualization Of Individual Floors Of The Building, Lists Of Materials Used, Devices And Equipment, Such As Furniture, Electronic Equipment, Etc. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Other Studies In The Field Of Reconstruction Of Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment Intention, Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Proper Performance Of Construction Works, Permits, Decisions, Or Other Binding Documents From Institutions Giving Opinions Or Agreements, To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Permit For The Construction And Use Of The Facility; B) Scope Ii: Execution Of Construction Works And Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Based On The Design Documentation Referred To Above, Based On The Obtained Decisions: Building Permit And The Final Decision, Occupancy Permit And Authors Supervision As Part Of The Completed Design Documentation.
