The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of A Brand New Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader As Part Of The Task Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Defense From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Detailed Technical Requirements - Constitutes Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Additional Information: A. The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026, Technically Efficient, Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Refueled To The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Manufacturer And Meeting The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law.B. Minimum Required Warranty Period - 24 Months Or 2,000 Engine Hours [Mtg], Counting From The Date Of Signing The Handover And Acceptance Protocol For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria). C. The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of The Delivered Item On The Terms Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).
