The Order Includes The Comprehensive Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Gym Equipment In The Building Of The Cultural Center In Skarbimierz-Osiedle, Divided Into: A) Basic Scope, Including The Equipment Of Two Gym Rooms Specified In The Opz, B) Additional Scope, Including Supplementary Equipment Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Basic Scope And Additional Scope Constitute One, Indivisible Subject Of The Order And Are Subject To Joint Implementation By The Contractor. The Subject Of The Order In Both Scopes Is The Delivery, Contribution, Assembly, Deployment, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Two Professional Equipment. Training Rooms With An Area Of 209.62 M² And 63.37 M². The Scope Of The Order Includes Equipment For: • Cardio Zone, • Strength Machine Zone, • Free Weight Zone, • Storage Systems, • Protective Floor. The Order Also Includes The Development Of A Concept For The Arrangement Of Equipment.2. General Requirementsthe Supplied Equipment Must: • Be Brand New And Unused, • Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, • Be Intended For Commercial Use, • Meet The Safety Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, • Enable Safe Use In A Commercial Gym, • Be Complete And Ready For Use. Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. Equivalent Means Solutions That Meet The Functional, Operational And Safety Requirements Specified In Swz.3. Scope Of The Contractors Services As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: • Deliver And Bring In The Equipment, • Install, Set Up And Start Up The Devices, • Adjust And Stabilize The Devices, • Tidy Up The Installation Site, • Provide The Operating Instructions In Polish, • Provide Warranty Documents And Catalog Cards, • Provide Instructions For The Ordering Partys Staff. 4. Warranty And Servicethe Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months. Under The Warranty Service: • Service Response Time: Up To 72 Business Hours, • Failure Removal Time: Up To 14 Business Days, Subject To The Availability Of Spare Parts. The Contractor Ensures The Possibility Of Providing The Service In Poland.5. Scope Of Equipment5.1.
