The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Gas Boiler Room And Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water Based On A Construction Design In A Residential Building At Ul. Płocka 22A In Warsaw. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For Its Activities With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 190,000.00 For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover Its Contractual And Tort Liability.
