The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula Called Modernization Of The Sports Complexes Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 At The Youth Educational Center In Debrzno And At The District School Dormitory In Człuchów, Which Consists Of: Part 1 - Renovation Of The Complex Of Sports Fields At The Youth Educational Center In Debrzno, 2. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of The Implemented Part Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Together With Authors Supervision, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Design, Build, Launch And Commission For Use The Above-Mentioned Investment, Based On The Provisions In The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz) And Functional And Utility Programs (Ffu), Constituting, Respectively, For Part 1 - Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And For Part 2 - Annex No. 9 To The Swz;2) Execution On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation, Construction Works, Deliveries And Installation Of Equipment, Performance Of Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances, Tidying Up The Area And Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation. At The Implementation Stage, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Acceptance Documentation Confirming Compliance Of The Built-In Pavement System With The Requirements Of The Fup And The Technical Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Technology, Including At Least: • Report/Test Report Of The Complete Pavement System, I.E. Synthetic Grass Backfill-Free With A Shock-Absorbing Mat, Confirming Compliance With Pn-En 15330-1 Or An Equivalent Standard; • Test Report Issued By An Accredited Laboratory Regarding The Content Of Heavy Metals And Pahs - If It Applies To The System Used; • Pzh Certificate Or Equivalent Document; • Warranty Document Of The System Manufacturer/Supplier; • Instructions For Use And Maintenance Of The Surface.3.
