The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform A Design And Build Task, I.E. Soundproofing Of A Small Sports Hall Of Primary School No. 4 Located At Ul. Kombatatów 3 In Barlinek In The Part Regarding The Small Sports Hall Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Technical Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Task Of Soundproofing The Small Sports Hall Will Be Carried Out. 2) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required To Implement The Task 3) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation And Obtained Arrangements, Permissions And Decisions In Accordance With The Principles Of The Latest Technical Knowledge, Construction Art And Legal Regulations In Force During Its Implementation4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation5) Performing As-Built Acoustic Measurements Confirming The Achievement Of The Required Reverberation Time Specified In The Ffu For A Small Sports Hall (Polish Standard Pn-B-02151-4:2015-06)6) Putting The Subject Of The Order Into Use In A Condition Free From Defects And Faults.
