1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation And Modernization Of The Civil Defense Warehouse Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 34 In Połczyn-Zdrój.2. The Task Is Co-Financed With Funds From The State Budget For The Task Implemented In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc Program). Agreement No. 147.1.2.2026.Olioc.Zb. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes:• Structural Strengthening Of The Building: Bracing Cracks In The Walls And Installation Of Steel Ties On The Northern Façade, As Well As Construction Of A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Ring Connecting The External Walls.• Replacement Of The Structure And Roof Covering: Demolition Of The Old Roof (Roof Felt/Sheet Metal/Formwork), Installation Of A New Truss Made Of Saturated Timber, Laying Of A Vapor-Permeable Membrane And Covering The Roof With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Along With A Full Drainage System (Gutters And Downpipes 120/100 Mm).• Internal Thermal Modernization: Thermal Insulation Of The Ceiling With 24 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Along With The Installation Of Suspended Ceilings Made Of Plasterboards On A Metal Grid.• Flooring And Masonry Works: Construction Of A New Concrete Floor Reinforced With A Mesh Of ⌀10 Mm Rods (30 Cm Mesh) And Building Partition Walls From Aerated Concrete Blocks.• Insulation Of Foundations: Vertical Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls Made Of Dimpled Foil, Including Priming And System Sealing.• Installation Of Joinery And External Works: Installation Of Two Mechanically Driven Garage Doors And Reconstruction Of The Driveway Made Of Concrete Cubes (8 Cm) Along With Adjustment Of Sewage Grates.• Electrical And Protective Installations: Installation A New Switchboard, Lighting Equipment (10 Fixtures) And Sockets, And Construction Of A Complete Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation (Vertical Rod Earthings) Confirmed By Resistance Measurements.• Finishing: Execution Of Internal Plasters Of Categories I And Iii And Double Painting Of Internal Walls And Facades With Silicone Paints.
