The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Construction Of A Publicly Accessible Elevator In The Multi-Functional Building Of The Czernichów Commune Office Together With Accompanying Works.2. The Scope Of Works Relating To The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Terms Of The Contract, Architectural And Construction Design Documentation, An Integral Part Of Which Are Technical Expertise In The Field Of Fire Protection, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities.3. Investment Address: Multi-Functional Building Of The Czernichów Commune Office, Ul. Gminna 1, 32-070 Czernichów.4. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active And Functioning Facility, Therefore: 1) When Organizing The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works, The Need For Normal Operation Of The Office During Office Hours Should Be Taken Into Account; 2) Any Exclusions Of Communication Routes, Parts Of The Building, Installations Inside The Facility Will Require Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party; 3) Particularly Burdensome Construction Works, Including Demolition And Construction Works That May Pose A Threat To The Health, Life And Property Of Third Parties (Customers And Office Employees), Such Such As, For Example, Dismantling Ceiling Cassettes, Adapting The Roof Structure, Dismantling And Installing Roof Windows In The Kl1 Staircase, Ceiling Punctures, Pulling In And Installing Steel Beams, And Works Generating Noise In The Office Premises Above 60 Db(A) Must Be Performed On The Weekend, I.E. From Friday After 14:00 To Sunday Until 5:00 P.M.;4) Burdensome Construction Works, Including Those Generating Noise In The Office Premises Above 60 Db(A), Must Be Carried Out Either On The Weekend (From Friday After 2:00 P.M. To Sunday Until 5:00 P.M.), Or During The Week After Office Opening Hours (Monday After 5:00 P.M., Tuesday-Thursday After 3:00 P.M.);5) Contractor Will Separate And Secure, At Its Own Expense, The Spaces In Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out, In Such A Way That Their Implementation Is As Little Burdensome As Possible For The Employees And Clients Of The Office, In Particular, The Contractor Should Construct Partitions Separating The Part Covered By Construction Works From The Remaining Areas Of The Office, In Particular From Communication Routes Available To Clients And Employees Of The Office.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: 1) Construction Of An Internal Elevator Shaft, Construction Of Foundations, Penetrations In Ceilings And Walls, As Well As Finishing And Supplementary Works (Bricking, Painting); 2) Delivery Of A Passenger Lift With Control Devices, Installation Of The Elevator In The Shaft And Installation Works (Electrical, Mechanical).
