Tenders Are Invited For Expansion, Reconstruction And Extension Of The Existing Building Of The Cultural Center In Ożańsk, Including Equipment And Development Of The Area Around The Facility.
The Scope Of Works Includes The Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Existing Building Of The Cultural Center In Ożańsk, Together With The Equipment And Development Of The Area Around The Facility In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz And The Delivery Of Equipment For The Facility In Accordance With The List Of Equipment Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Task Includes Carrying Out Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Existing Building Of The Cultural Center In Ożańsk (Pa Głosiów Commune) Along With Technical And Accompanying Infrastructure. The Following Will Be Performed, Among Others: Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Gas, Electricity, Internal And External Lighting, Structured Cabling, Fire Protection Installation, 20 Kw Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage. The Building Will Be Fenced With A 3D System Fence With A Sliding Gate And A Gate, The Area Around It Will Be Hardened. The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Construction Site From The District Public Road Dp1726 (Wierzbna -Cieszacin Wielki). Access Via Public Municipal Road 111610R Only With Vehicles Under 3.5 Tons. As Part Of The Exit, The Ordering Party Will Construct A Temporary Access Road. The Contractor Will Agree On A Temporary Exit From The Public Road With The District Road Manager. After Completing The Works, The Contractor, At His Own Expense And Efforts, Will Restore The Area To The State It Was In Before The Works Began And Arrange The Exit. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Perform Demolition Works Including The Demolition Of The Dance Gazebo (Including The Foundations), The Fence, The Existing Hardening, And The Concrete Block Bumper. The Contractor Will Remove And Dispose Of Demolition Materials On His Own. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Transport An Existing Container Colliding With The Location Of The Building Extension To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party (Property Registration Number No. 534/2, Ożańsk District - Distance Approx. 500 M). The Contractor Will Make Arrangements With The Road Manager (District Road Administration In Jarosław) On Its Own. The Constructed Facility Must Meet The Requirements To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Including: Ensuring Barrier-Free Horizontal And Vertical Communication Spaces, Providing Information On The Layout Of Devices, At Least Visually And Tactilely Or Audibly, Ensuring Access To The Facility For A Person Using An Assistance Dog. The Contractor Will Create An Information Board On The Arrangement Of Rooms And Devices In Polish And In A Form That Allows People With Special Needs To Read It.
